- Centre Number (6 digits)
Example:100020 - Candidate Number (10 digits)

Enter your surname as it appears on your registration (e.g.,SMITH) - Date of Birth
Format:MM/DD/YYYY
Example:01/01/2009 - Exam Period
Select the session you sat exams in. Available options may include:- 2025 JAN CSEC
- 2025 JUNE CSEC
- 2025 CAPE
